The survey identified that job opportunities in the advertising, marketing, and public relations sectors are highly sought after by job seekers in Saudi Arabia. Other appealing sectors include education (9%), automotive (8%), IT (8%), and finance (6%), chosen from a diverse range of 30 industries.
This presents a lucrative opportunity for UAE-based companies in these fields to expand into Saudi Arabia, benefiting from local talent that has both regional insights and a clear professional focus.
Regarding application methods, most job seekers prefer applying directly to companies, through recruiters or headhunters, or via online job platforms like LinkedIn. Companies utilizing these channels can effectively broaden their talent search and meet their recruitment goals.
